This is a common practice for shippers, brokers & dispatchers alike. Copy of insurance should state both liability and cargo coverage.
SIGNED ‘DISPATCHER CARRIER AGREEMENT’
Why do I need to sign this? First, you can rest assured, this is NOT a contract. Our services are month-to-month. There is absolutely no penalty for discontinuing service.
